Project Overview
WE DON’T JUST SHOW THE PROPERTY. WE SHOW THE LIFE THAT COMES WITH IT.
How do you sell a property before it’s even built? By showing buyers the life they could be living.
For The Magellan, a boutique residential development in Petersham, Sydney, OnCreate Media created a cinematic lifestyle film that brings the future of the development to life.
From morning coffee at local cafés to exploring the neighbourhood, we combined real lifestyle footage, cinematic storytelling and architectural renders to help potential buyers imagine calling this place home.
The result? A powerful marketing film that’s already helping the sales team sell apartments before construction is complete.
Because we’re not just selling apartments. We’re selling the lifestyle that comes with them.
